Room was good, clean and tidy. Minor annoyance was what sounded like something dripping on to the air con's external cabinet. It wasn't raining, so not sure where it came from. It was intermittent, and a tad annoying. I didn't mention it to staff at the time, so they had no opportunity to check/remedy.

We stayed for 8 nights. Our room was on the second floor and the back entrance to the hotel made it easier to access the carpark. Room was serviced daily and was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Liked the fact that there was a laundry room making it easy to get my laundry done. Food at the restaurant was exceptional. Close to Motat, the zoo and the city. Shops are just a few metres away so a nice walk. My daughter loved the pool.

Everything was good. Staff were good. Operations Manager was fantastic. We had a short stay in Auckland with my family. The venue was well suited for us. The location was good, parking and service was good.

Good location, close to a major bus route. Relatively quiet - no street noise Not bad value for money Parking, which is why I chose this over the inner city AirBnb options

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in and out was quick and easy. The room was immaculate. I see there was air-con, something to remember if I return over the summer. Relaxed dining and good selection on menu.

Area of the hotel, very central to my conference, to shopping mall etc. The room was nice and clean. Handy parking, great shower, best mince on toast for breakfast. Check in was easy, check out also. I felt safe and secure. Front desk very obliging and helpful.

id would come again as i liked the ease of location and the speed to get on the motorways. Also liked the ease of connection to restaurants etc. Liked the decent comfortable bed and especially the shower head. major good thing for me was the ease of parking and not having issues with this. Also unloading car etc as i was on the groundfloor. this i liked and would do again. I didn't get to use the facilities as i stayed only one night but will next time. good value for money as others are overpriced and not worth it

The location is amazing, within walking distance to nice cafes and shops and a 15 minute walk to Westerns Springs park. The rooms were a comfortable size for two adults and a child and it was great value for money.

We only needed accommodation for a night, for 12 people, and it was perfect for us! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, couldn't really fault anything.

The room was very tidy. Awesome staff came round to change rubbish and towels. Staff was lovely. Air con in room was great. And was also great to have facilities to clean dishes
